Apple Cinnamon Pizza

A simple apple pizza.
Ingredients
- Ciabatta Bread
- Mascarpone Cheese
- Cinnamon Sugar (1/4 cup Granulated Sugar + 1 - 2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon)
- Granny Smith Apples (Peeled Cored and thinly sliced)
Directions
| 1. | Split the Ciabatta Bread lengthwise and spread with the Mascarpone Cheese. |
| 2. | Shingle the Apples atop the cheese and sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar. |
| 3. | Place on a baking Sheet and Broil 4 - 5 minutes until sugar is melted and apples are slightly browned. |
Note
Can be wrapped in foil after broiling and kept warm before serving
